學校的英文課, 要我們分小組做報告.我們選了個 有關網絡音樂下載的課題, 想說探討當今網絡下載的利弊. 當然啦憑我們的實力可能要盡力避開法律領域, 不過就算只談論經濟和社會影响, 不管怎樣都會牽扯到法律的規範對嘛.....無奈的根同學笑說, 這是個被法律綑綁的世界>...

可不是. 在自由身後, 是多大一片交織得密密麻麻的法網; 而在法律面前, 自由又顯的多麼崇高而無助.

網絡如果是人類發展的必然, 那麼網上資源分享也是地球村真實的面貌. 現在我只覺得, 阿音樂文件分享肯定防不勝防阿, 那問題就回到出版商身上....即何時放棄傳統CD市場, 轉而走向音樂數碼化. 當音樂界統一之後, 也就沒什麼爭議了_官方網站對下載合理收費, 眾網民自然只能,也願意只從官方網站上DOWNLOAD. 也許這項產業的共識 只需要各方的心理調節, 從爭論 到和解 從官司 到合作; 思想統一的過程中, 不需要法律的攪和.....真希望這是自由擺脫束縛的第一項工程, 並給現代人生活帶來一絲新鮮而乾淨的空氣.

一直以來有個夢想要環遊世界, 今天突然察覺, 也許自己是想要找尋那一片乾淨的土地, 回歸人類做純埔的游牧生活_享受高科技便利的同時, 為回歸原始的夢想努力耕耘___誰叫被自由所誘惑的世界, 已經是貪婪的領域,,被法律禁箍的自由, 已經失去了快樂的能力..
